I got into Pilates during my first pregnancy as it was recommended to me by my physio and fell in love with it instantly.
I love that it challenges not only my body but also my mind and forces me to shut off from the chaos’s of life, even if only momentarily.
I’m passionate about helping other achieve their goals and knowing how much pilates changed my life for the better, I want others to experience that also.
I would describe my classes as challenging with a side of fun! You’ll experience a full body workout with a few laughs along the way and you will leave feeling strong and energised.
It is a warm, welcoming space inclusive space that has a lovely community feel to it. It has been a wonderful supportive studio to start my pilates teaching journey at.

Both! But I do love a bit of a cardio hit which you will often find snuck into each of my classes.
I’m a proud mum to two little boys and when I’m not teaching Pilates I’m teaching little people at school.
