You don’t need to be flexible to start you will literally gain flexibility doing pilates. 🤸

Pilates is meant to feel challenging. When you do pilates with instructors that teach you good form and technique it’s hard! Keep going! 💪🏼

Give yourself time; this isn’t something you master in one class. Pilates takes a while to connect all the dots but we will show you how. ✨

Show up consistently, this is how you get results you want. 😉

And don’t feel guilty carving out the hour looking after yourself is what lets you keep showing up for everyone else. You need to fill your cup too.💕

This is Ayesha 💕She attends 3x classes per week and completed 62 classes with us so far 👏🏼👏🏼

Ayesha used to think getting stronger meant pushing through pain.
She came to us after strength training kept aggravating an old neck injury - the kind that used to take her out for a full week at a time. Since switching to movement that actually works with her body, she’s built a stronger core, better posture, and when that old injury does flare up, it’s gone in about a day instead of seven.

✨ Mums & Bubs is back this Friday! ✨

Our next 6-week Mums & Bubs Reformer term kicks off Friday 17 July and runs through to 21 August, with classes every Friday at 10:30am.

This term is designed specifically for new mums who are ready to gently reconnect with their body after birth. We’ll help you rebuild your core and pelvic floor, improve strength and mobility, and regain confidence in a safe, supportive environment.

The best part? Your little one is welcome to come along, and you’ll meet other local mums who are in the same season of life.

💰 $169 for the 6-week term

Some of our team are heading off on a well-earned break, so we’re on the hunt for a Reformer Instructor to cover with us from August to November.

You’re our person if you build genuine relationships and conversation comes easy, you love a good chat and an even better laugh. You bring the energy, lead with a positive mindset, and know how to have fun while you’re at it. You notice the little things and celebrate every win, big or small.

And of course , you know your stuff. You understand the body (not just the choreography), build classes that flow, read a room without being told to, and meet every client where they’re at.

Our members are used to a premium experience with proper attention paid to them, so technique and presence matter here. Minimum 1 yr Experience teaching & Reformer Certification + First Aid

So we don’t run a dedicated Pregnancy class. Here’s why we think it’s actually better.

Our instructors are highly trained in pregnancy-safe movement, so instead of restricting pregnant clients into one timeslot a week, we modify for them in every class, every session.

And when we asked our pregnant clients what they wanted? That’s exactly what came back, the flexibility to train like everyone else, just supported and more often.
Some slow down and some keep going. Both are correct! We recommend you do what feels good for you.

Pelvic floor strength, core management, posture, breath work. Pilates does all of it for pregnancy, And you shouldn’t have to wait for a special class to access that.

Trained instructors. Proper modifications. Every single session.
