I started Pilates at a young age to assist with ballet training.
Personally, I love the mind-body connection of Pilates. I always finish a workout feeling stronger and revitalized of both mind and body.
As a former professional ballerina, Pilates gave me a new perspective after recovering from a hip injury that forced me to retire from dance. Sharing what I have learnt over the years about intelligent movement and deep strength training seemed like a natural progression.

The clients are happy and open-minded and the instructors are passionate and engaging.
I started teaching in 2009.
I love a mix of both and strive to ensure classes are technical and difficult.
