After being a personal trainer for 3 years I started to notice that my own body was starting to fail me. I started pilates to slow down and rehabilitate all of my imbalanced muscles and I fell in love. I couldn’t get enough of the way my body was starting to move and I was hungry to learn more.
I love the functional biomechanics of pilates, and how adaptable it is to your individual needs.
I became an instructor to to educate and teach people on the essence of movement and how they can incorporate it into their everyday lives.
I teach a fun functional flow. I am aim to incorporate pilates principles of proper biomechanics and functional alignment to get the most out of your body.
I love teaching at the Pilates lab because the clients are awesome! They love to be challenged and have a fun.
