Mums & Bubs Reformer

Move, connect and find your feet again, with your bub right there beside you

Mums & Bubs Pilates

Having a baby changes everything, including how it feels to move your body. If you’re wondering where to even start again, you’re in the right place.

Mums & Bubs is built for exactly this season of life. Bring your little one along, move at your own pace, and meet other mums who are right there in it with you: the broken sleep, the reheated coffee, the whole beautiful chaos of it all.

Each class helps you rebuild strength for real mum life, like lifting the capsule, wrangling the pram and getting up off the floor forty times a day. There’s no pressure to bounce back and no expectations. It’s just steady, supportive movement that helps you feel strong, capable and more like yourself again.

Is Mums & Bubs Pilates Right for Me?

If you’re after a supportive crew of mums and a bit of time that’s just for you (with your little one close by), you’ll feel right at home here.

Bring your bub along to every class, or if someone’s minding them for a few hours, come solo and enjoy the extra elbow room. Either way, there’s a spot on the mat for you.

Classes are designed for life after baby, and all levels are welcome, whether you were a regular before bub or this is your very first class.

What to Expect:

Your instructor will guide you through a class that meets you where you’re at, with options to make each move gentler or more challenging. Your bub stays right beside you on a mat or in the pram, and if they need a feed, a cuddle or a change mid-class, just pause and tend to them. Nobody bats an eyelid here. Honestly, a bit of crying is part of the soundtrack.

You’ll walk out feeling stronger, calmer and glad you made it out the door.

Things to Know Before You Come

Before your first class

  • Get the all-clear from your GP. As a guide, that’s usually around 6 weeks after a vaginal birth and 8–10 weeks after a caesarean, but your doctor has the final say.
  • New to Pilates or Reformer? Book a free Intro class before your term starts. They run Mondays at 6:30pm and Saturdays at 11am. Just give our team a shout to book in.

What to bring

  • A pram, carrier or blanket for your bub
  • A mat or blanket to lay over one of ours
  • Socks (grippy ones are best, and we sell them at the studio for $22)

How terms work

  • Missed a class? Make it up at any of our other group classes during your term.
  • Once the term kicks off, any leftover spots open up for casual bookings. These only become available after the term starts, so it’s first in, best dressed.
